Requests and confirmation
A website submission is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after we verify availability, agree the final services and price with you, and communicate confirmation directly.
Prices and payment
Prices depend on dates, guest count, service choices and availability. We will disclose the final price, required advance, accepted payment method and any balance due before confirmation. Do not send money to an account or number that has not been verified through our published contact details.
Changes and cancellation
The cancellation, refund and rescheduling conditions applicable to your booking will be communicated before you pay an advance. Weather, safety, government restrictions or events outside reasonable control may require water activities or travel services to be changed or cancelled.
Guest responsibilities
Guests must provide accurate details, follow safety instructions, comply with applicable identification and driving requirements, supervise children, and treat property, vehicles, staff and local communities respectfully.
